Please note: The Wilson Springs Ponds field trip has been moved from February 1st to February 15th due to the strong likelihood of rain on the 1st.
Join Foundations in Genesis Idaho on a unique field trip to Wilson Springs Ponds in Nampa, Idaho! Managed by Idaho Fish & Game, these ponds are a great place to visit if you enjoy fishing, walking in God’s creation, or watching birds!
Aidan Lorenz, a new FIGI board member, will be leading a walk around the ponds and talking about some of the special designs the Lord has placed within ducks that allow them to thrive in and on the water. We will get to see many species of ducks and maybe even raptors and song birds!

What to Bring
Please bring the following items if you have them!
- Binoculars
- Water
- Warm clothing for cold weather
- Rain jacket and/or umbrella in case of light rain
A donation of $5 per person is recommended, or a maximum of $15 per family.
