About Dave
Dave Glander was formerly a devout Atheist prior to experiencing a radical encounter with Jesus Christ. He is now a deeply committed believer in Jesus Christ and the Bible. Dave is very proud to be the founder of an Apologetics Youth Summer Camp called EQUIP Retreat. He has taught at major national and regional conferences, universities, churches, and youth camps around the country. He is the author of “How, Why, Where” and the “Faith Survival Guide,” an Apologetics curriculum that is making a great impact with college groups, youth camps, and church seminars. Additionally, Dave hosted the “What is Truth Radio Show,” participated as a columnist for the largest homeschool magazine, and has been a featured guest on television talk shows and nationally syndicated radio shows.

With the statistical impossibility of biological evolution happening in the first place, let’s look at creatures that either make no sense at all, or have no value in the evolutionary model, yet exist, and boy are they interesting! Discover creatures that you’ve probably never seen or thought about, but God decided they belonged here on our great and wonderfully created planet!

There are a lot of propositions about how a person may get into the everlasting heaven. However, while there’s a possibility they could all be wrong, they can’t all be right! This talk will compare the foundational beginnings from 3 of the major religions taught around the world and learn why Christianity stands alone as the best possible explanation for where we go when we die.
The Ice Age
So much is misunderstood about the time period we refer to as the “Ice Age” because of secular models that have many faulty explanations. Taking a look at the Ice Age through the lens of the Bible makes it perfectly understandable as to why it happened in the first place, where did it occur, how were continents connected after the flood, and so many other amazing facts. Take a journey into a time not so far in our past that explains a lot about our world!
The Shroud of Turin
The Shroud of Turin is the proposed burial cloth of Jesus Christ that He was laid in when He was taken down from the cross and put into the borrowed grave. It is one of the most intriguing ancient artifacts in the world. It has undergone countless thousands of hours of top-level scientific scrutiny yet remains nothing short of an unexplainable anomaly to those who seek to discredit it. Dave Glander’s “Shroud of Turin” presentation is one of the most up-to-date in the country and includes a very rare, full-sized replica.

There is free admission for all of these speaking events, and all ages are welcome! An offering will be taken to help defray costs.
Coloring pages and crayons will be available for the little ones at the back table. Additionally, a fossil table will be available for viewing in the back of most of the events.
