1. Definitions

This document describes the terms of Visitor’s interactions with http://www.foundationsingenesis.org, known hereafter as “Website,” which is the website for Foundations in Genesis of Idaho, Inc., known hereafter as “Organization.”

Visitor may be hereafter referred to as “you.”

2. Organization and You

If you visit sign up to attend a field trip using the resources on Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information so that Organization has an accurate roster of who will be attending the field trip.

You may choose to make donations to Organization as provided for on the Website. You acknowledge that Organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and your donations will be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

3. Age

5. Disputes

Any disputes arising between you and Organization will be resolved according to the laws of the state of Idaho, United States of America.
